Peter's Selected Poems (Bilingual: English/Romanian) has been published by Bibliotecha Universalis/Collectiile Revistei "Orizont Literar Contemporan", Romania. The book's introduction and translations are by Dr. Monica Manolachi of the University of Bucharest.

Peter will be a participant at this year’s Massachusetts Poetry Festival in April.

He will also give readings and talks at the Grolier Poetry Bookshop in Boston, at the Salem Salon and at Salem State University. His host will be Dr. Kristine Doll.

Peter has been awarded the Ted Slade Award for 2016 from The Poetry Kit, UK.

Some of Peter's poems will be performed at Poets House, New York, on Saturday, 19th December, as part of an international festival co-organised by his  New York publisher, Cross-Cultural Communications.

The Seventh Quarry Drama Group will present THE BOY AND THE LION'S HEAD, a drama by Peter, at the National Waterfront Museum.  Characters: The Boy, The Grandfather, The Grandmother, The Unknown Man, and The Unknown Woman.

Against the backdrop of Kilvey Hill, Eastside Swansea, a grandfather’s stories about being a soldier during the First World War shadow the imagination of his lonely grandson. Will the boy touch the Lion’s Head and will the sun fall from the sky?

Peter will be the guide for two Dylan Thomas Swansea Walks as part of the National Waterfront Museum's contribution to this year's Dylan Thomas Festival. He will be accompanied by members of The Seventh Quarry Drama Group.

Peter will be a participant at the 61st The Anglo-Catalan Society Conference at the University of Glasgow in November, 2015. SIX CATALAN POETS, published by The Seventh Quarry Press, will be launched at the conference.  Peter will be on a panel with Kristine Doll (translator and guest editor of the bilingual publication), August Bover (poet), and Dominic Keown (translator).

A reading of Peter's SALEM'S LOT, a literary/comedy drama, will take place at McGowan House, Carmel, California on June 15th, 2015, organised by American writer John Dotson. The actors, in order of appearance, are: Len Perry, Jeanne McCullock, Nick Hovick, Mary Cunov, Conrad Selvig, Eleanor Wylde Morrice, Langston Johnson, Suzanne Limbird, Laurie Petkus, Ron Genauer, Lisa Maroski, John Dotson, Kevin Hanstick.

Peter will return to Big Sur, California, as a writer-in-residence, for a sixth time in July 2015. He will work on a novel during his residency of several months.

The Dylan Thomas Trail of Quotations display that Peter put together for the National Waterfront Museum, Swansea, to celebrate the 2014 centenary anniversary of the birth of the famous poet, which ran from July 2014 to February 2015, is to be extended until 2017 because it has been so popular with visitors to the Museum.

Peter has been invited to the NEMLA Conference in Toronto, Canada, in April/May 2015.  He will be a participant on a Literary Translation panel.

Peter has been invited to read at The Poetry Center, Passaic County Community College, New Jersey, USA, in April 2015.  He will be a part of the Distinguished Poets Series, which has included past American Poet Laureates such as Sharon Olds and Stanley Kunitz.  Peter will also teach some Creative Writing workshops.

Whilst in America, Peter will participate in the Phoenix Reading Series/Left Bank Books, New York, a reading at Long Island's East Meadow Library, and an International Bengali Literature Festival at Poets House, New York. He will be the guest of Stanley H. Barkan, his New York publisher.


Peter has been commissioned to write a chapter on Dylan Thomas and Greenwich Village, New York, by Literature Wales/DT100, to be published in May 2015. The book will comprise a stunning visual and literary guide to Dylan Thomas' worlds, for both armchair dreamers and on the ground visitors and will act as a key part of the Dylan Thomas 100 legacy.


Peter is writer-in-residence for a fifth time in Big Sur, California, from June to August.  Whilst in Big Sur, he will work on a requested book on poetry from an American academic publisher.  He will also give a talk, Dylan Thomas in New York, at the Henry Miller Library, Big Sur, when his and Aeronwy Thomas's DYLAN THOMAS WALKING TOUR OF GREENWICH VILLAGE, NEW YORK book will be launched: along with performances of works by Dylan organised by writer John Dotson.


The Welsh Government and The British Council (Wales) are to produce an internet app version of the DYLAN THOMAS WALKING TOUR OF GREENWICH VILLAGE, NEW YORK for the DT100 celebrations in New York in 2014. It will be based on the original self-guided tour, which was written by Peter and Aeronwy Thomas.

A tourist pocket-book version of the WALKING TOUR by Peter and Aeronwy, which will include such rarities as a drawing of Dylan by Caitlin and an unpublished photo of David Slivka's and Ibram Lassaw's death mask of Dylan in the making, will  be published in January 2014.

With a foreword by Hannah Ellis, the granddaughter of Dylan Thomas, the book will be the centrepiece of a New York visit by the First Minister of Wales and other dignitaries in February 2014, when they will be guided on the actual Walking Tour by Peter and Hannah as part of the DT100 launch in America.

The book will also be launched at Poets House, New York, in early March, organised by Stanley H. Barkan, Peter's American publisher, and in several other American states during 2014, including Boston and California.
